Sheriff’s report

Between Friday, Jan. 20, and Thursday, Jan. 26, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests: Sonia Mowanna McFadden, 43, Barnesville, serving time, drugs not in original container and coming inside of guard lines with weapons, liquor or drugs; William Jason Nichols, 31, Barnesville, arrested for another agency; Holly Griffith Slagle, 31, Atlanta, DUI alcohol; Richard Cody Peacock, 20, Barnesville, possession of alcohol under age 21; Benjamin Medina Jr., 43, Williamson, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, tag light violation, obstruction of an officer, driving while license suspended or revoked and weaving over roadway; Crystal Lee Head, 29, Barnesville, deposit account fraud; Benny Ray Williams, 47, Barnesville, child support; Jimbo Melton, 46, Barnesville, DUI alcohol and driving too fast for conditions; Branden Jacob Wright, 22, Barnesville, theft of services; Ivan Solomon, 22, Acworth, possession, manufacture, sale or purchase of marijuana and failure to maintain lane; Kevin O’Neal Davis, 20, Acworth, possession, manufacture, sale or purchase of marijuana; Brittany Laverne Dixon, 19, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., two counts theft by bringing stolen property into another state; Christopher Jesse Jenkins, 25, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., two counts theft by bringing stolen property into another state; Tonya Sunny Loback, 24, Newnan, arrested for another agency; Antonio Travis Goddard, 28, Barnesville, armed robbery. Deputies answered 123 calls and the 911 center answered 78. Deputies responded to 23 calls, the Barnesville police department to 23, Lamar County firefighters to 21, the Barnesville fire department to five and Mid-Georgia Ambulance to 44. There were 13 accidents. Deputies served three warrants and issued 23 traffic citations.
