Sheriff’s Report

Between Friday, Feb. 10, and Wednesday, Feb. 15, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests:David Brent Forster, 32, Barnesville, serving time;Ceaira Moody, 20, Barnesville, arrested for another agency;Cassandra Toe, 20, Douglasville, DUI alcohol and no tail lights;Darian Deandre Berry, 31, Flovilla, serving time;Robert Steven Cochran, 24, Forsyth, serving time;Melissa Brannon Funderburk, 32, Milner, battery, cruelty to children and obstruction of an officer;Timothy Cagle, 50, Griffin, disorderly conduct;Sonia Mowanna McFadden, 43, Barnesville, serving time.Deputies answered 140 calls and the 911 center answered 79. Deputies responded to 30 calls, the Barnesville police department to six, Lamar County firefighters to 22, the Barnesville fire department to four and Mid-Georgia Ambulance to 39. There were 12 accidents. Deputies served five state warrants and issued 14 traffic citations.
