Between Friday, Feb. 17, and Wednesday, Feb. 22, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests: Deja Marniesa Greene, 19, Riverdale, possession alcohol underage, DUI-alcohol and failure to maintain lane; Danyella Dakota Brown, 18, Atlanta, possession of alcohol underage; Matthew Allen Schneider, 22, Griffin, seving jail time; Jonathan Bernard Singleton, 23, Forest Park, probation violation; Samuel Jackson Williams, 63, Forsyth, weaving over roadway, DUI-alcohol; Bryan James Ard, 18, no address given, DUI-alcohol, failure to maintain lane; Keith Lamar Jackson, 46, no address given, DUI-less safe, no seat belt, open container; David Lee Chapman, 49, Griffin, probation violation; Matthew Branden Hill, 27, no address given, contempt of court; Jessie Nicole Burke, 27, Barnesvile, probation violation, criminal interference with government property, reckless conduct; Pepper Lynn Miley, 45, Barnesville, probation violation; Tyronne Wedderburn, 26, Port St. Lucie, Fla., warrants pending; Shonda Evette Obarr, 34, Barnesville, DUI-alcohol. Deputies answered 135 calls and the 911 center answered 72. Deputies responded to 24 calls, the Barnesville police department to 15, Lamar County firefighters to 24, the Barnesville fire department to one and Mid-Georgia Ambulance to 36. There were 10 accidents. Deputies served five state warrants and issued 30 traffic citations.
