Sheriff’s Report

Between Friday, June 15, and Thursday, June 21, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests:Antwan Lamont Gilbert, 31, Griffin, possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of cocaine, no insurance, driving license suspended or revoked, weaving over roadway and probation violation;Rachel Lynn Sanders, 39, Milner, failure to appear;Benny Charles Paige, 38, Griffin, child support;Kellie Ann Stokes, 46, Barnesville, probation violation;Kenneth Davis, 53, Forsyth, arrested for another agency;’Antonio Travis Goddard, 29, Barnesville, in for court;Jatori L. Davis, 25, Milner, child support;Robert Joseph Figueroa, 33, Jackson, in for court;Bennie Will Brownlee, 34, Barnesville, sexual battery and rape;Carol Wendy Murdock, 49, Forsyth, deposit account fraud;Jessie Nicole Burke, 27, Barnesville, two counts probation violation;David Bret Phillips, 28, Barnesville, in for court;Ezekiel Mosi Wedderburn, 32, Miami, Fla., arrested for another agency.Deputies answered 147 calls and the 911 center answered 95. Deputies responded to 25 calls, the Barnesville police department to 24, Lamar County firefighters to 23, the Barnesville fire department to four and Mid-Georgia Ambulance to 43. There were 11 accidents. Deputies served two warrants and issued 17 citations.
