Sheriff’s Report

Between Friday, July 13, and Thursday, July 19, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests:Antonio Watson, 29, Barnesville, driving while license suspended or revoked;Robert Lee West, 40, Cochran, two counts manufacture, sale or distribution of Schedule I and II drugs and other charges;Robert Franklin Williams Jr., 51, Barnesville, serving time;Sarah Lynn Odell, 21, Zebulon, arrested for another agency;Robert John Adams, 39, Griffin, probation violation;Rodriquez Centail Foster, 31, Barnesville, state sentence;William Trevor Baggarley, 19, no residence given, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Jeffery Marvin Harper, 44, Jackson, arrested for another agency;Cyrus Lilton Brooks, 54, state sentence;Maurice Martez Jester, 33, Griffin, criminal trespass and theft by taking.Deputies answered 120 calls and the 911 center answered 112. Deputies responded to 33 calls, the Barnesville police department to 37, Lamar County firefighters to 25, the Barnesville fire department to one and Mid-Georgia Ambulance to 48. There were 11 accidents. Deputies served one warrant and issued 19 traffic citations.
