Sheriff’s Report

Between Friday, Dec. 7, and Friday, Dec. 14, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests: Pamela Denise May, 48, Barnesville, serving time; Ernest Tyrone Buckner Jr., 29, Forsyth, serving time; Edward Flynt Jones, 24, Barnesville, criminal trespass and simple battery; Dana Thomas Beck, 42, Barnesville, headlight violation, violation of limited driver’s permit conditions and possession of a drug related object; Contrina Marsha Wilson, 33, Barnesville, probation violation; Adrien Ellerby, 37, Barnesville, probation violation; Howard Shane Patterson, 31, Griffin, family violence simple battery and disorderly conduct; Jonathan Thomas Evans, 19, Barnesville, arrested for another agency. Dexter Lamar Wilkerson, 42, Barnesville, DUI alcohol and weaving over roadway; Willie Lewis Watkins, 42, Barnesville, DUI alcohol; Brenton Lanier Kitchings, 36, Yatesville, possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of methamphetamine; James David Teal, 39, Barnesville, child molestation; John Jeff Foster, 47, Barnesville, probation violation; Pedro Agguirre Denoba, 34, Barnesville, driving too fast for conditions and driving without a license; Edgar Alvin Jarboe, 61, Barnesville, driving while license suspended or revoked; Carolyn Lynn Rarric, 43, Milner, criminal trespass; Tommie Lynn White, 53, Milner, two counts simple battery; Corey Stephen Thomas, 36, Griffin, entering an auto, three counts theft by receiving stolen property, financial transaction card fraud and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Brandon Ralph Buchanan, 37, Georgia, driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding; William Tracy Bennett Jr., 21, Monticello, driving while license suspend or revoked, following too closely and open container. Deputies answered 106 calls and the 911 center answered 78. Deputies responded to 20 calls, the Barnesville police department to 17, Lamar County firefighters to six, Barnesville fire department to three and Mid-Georgia Ambulance Service to 41. There were eight accidents. Deputies served 10 warrants and issued 23 citations.
