Sheriff’s Report

Between Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, and Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, the sheriff’s office processed the following people through its jail: Wendy Latrice Asberry, 26, Griffin, failure to appear; Osaze Rashad Bahati, 32, Griffin, speeding, open container and DUI alcohol; Gerald Max Beach, 26, Barnesville, child support and failure to appear; Randall Blake Burks, 25, Griffin, disorderly conduct and loitering; Xeryous Devontae Dewberry, 18, Griffin, violation of learner’s permit, reckless driving and speeding; Tracy Jane Dingler, 45, Hampton, serving time; Christopher Michael Golden, 32, Ormand Beach, Fla., probation violation; Edward Flynt Jones, 25, Williamson, contempt of court; Shameeka Sanchezza Jones, 37, Griffin, failure to appear; Justin Thomas Maleski, 27, Zebulon, serving time; Roderick Omar Morgan, 27, Barnesville, obstructing or hindering a person making an emergency telephone call; Johnson Nguyen, 21, Culloden, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and reckless driving; Dominique Roovsele Oneal, 28, Griffin, DUI alcohol, obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers, tag light violation and driving while license suspended or revoked; Jerry William Robertson, 33, Hampton, giving false name, address or birthdate to law enforcement officer, obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers and loitering; Jarred Clay Smith, 32, Barnesville, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct; Latonya Nacole Tucker, 22, Griffin, serving time; Raynecia Kenyata Turnipseed, 21, Griffin, failure to appear; Greg Alexander Twymon, 22, Barnesville, theft by taking; Martin Arreola Vasquez, 28, Barnesville, weaving over roadway, driving while license suspended or revoked, resisting arrest and DUI alcohol; Mara Elise Zachary, 23, Hogansville, DUI alcohol and improper turn; Deputies answered 106 calls and the 911 center answered 96. Deputies responded to 27 calls, the Barnesville police department to 28, Lamar firefighters to 18, Barnesville fire department to four and Mid-Georgia Ambulance to 45. There were nine accidents. Deputies issued 13 citations.
