Between Friday, Jan. 2 and Thursday, Jan. 8, the sheriff’s office processed the following people through its jail: Rashara Sharae Coggins, 21, Griffin, failure to appear; Waltavious Terrell Collier, 24, Barnesville, probation violation; Donald Kendall Colson, 31, Molena, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; William Chad Crews, 33, Milner, headlight violation and possession and use of drug related objects; Kristen Lillie Drew, 19, Carrollton, probation violation; Renita Ruth Driver, 37, Brooks, probation violation; Carl Amos Duck, 31, Locust Grove, arrested for another agency; Christopher Bernard Freeman, 42, Griffin, bigamy; Jody Kim Giglio, 35, Senoia, failure to appear; John William Hanley, 42, Barnesville, speeding and driving while license withdrawn; Erik Zarate Hernandez, 32, Griffin, DUI alcohol, weaving over roadway and driving without a license; Cornelius Lee Holt, 26, Yatesville, two counts second degree burglary; Rochelle Inez Ivester, 20, Barnesville, serving time; Casper Denzell Jenkins, 31, Griffin, probation violation; Jay Richard Knight, 42, Locust Grove, warrants pending; Deionte Masjuan Lanier, 21, Griffin, failure to appear; Robert William Lewis, 30, Eastman, probation violation; Timothy Kyle Long, 24, Griffin, probation violation; Christopher Gage McKinzie, 20, Barnesville, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Curtis Middlebrooks, 50, Griffin, criminal trespass and obstruction of an officer; Nathan Pete Reynolds, 24, Barnesville, DUI alcohol and less safe, weaving over roadway, defective tires, driving too fast for conditions; and serving time; Ricky Hugh Rooks, 56, Barnesville, battery; James Curtis Eugene Sealey, 26, Griffin, shoplifting; Jasmine Jamaal Tyson, 26, Jackson, serving time; Tyree Lamar Virgin, 35, Barnesville, probation violation; Frederick Walker, 21, Barnesville, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct; James Darryl Wright, 47, Barnesville, DUI alcohol. Deputies answered 182 calls and the 911 Center answered 101. Deputies responded to 21 calls, the Barnesville police department responded to 27, Lamar County firefighters responded to 20, Barnesville firefighters responded to four and Mid-Georgia Ambulance Service responded to 54. There were 13 accidents. Deputies served 10 warrants and issued 19 citations.
