Lamar County sheriff’s deputies answered 93 calls for service. The 911 center answered 68 calls, deputies responded to 19 of the calls, Barnesville Police officers responded to 23 calls, Lamar County firefighters responded to 18 of the calls, Barnesville firefighters responded to 4 of the calls and Mid-Georgia Ambulance Service responded to 43 calls. There were 5 accidents, deputies served 23 state warrants and deputies issued 26 traffic citations.
