Lamar County sheriff’s deputies answered 112 calls for service. The 911 center answered 107 calls, deputies responded to 29 of the calls, Barnesville Police officers responded to 33 calls, Lamar County firefighters responded to 23 of the calls, Barnesville firefighters responded to two of the calls and Mid-Georgia Ambulance Service responded to 76 calls. There were 7 accidents, deputies executed 15 state warrants and deputies issued 26 traffic citations.
