Between Friday, Nov. 27, and Thursday, Dec. 3, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made 18 arrests: Philip Lawrence, 46, Barnesville, DUI, driving with a suspended license and registration violation;Dakota Roman Anthony, 18, Zebulon, marijuana possession;Sherman Lewis Williams, 35, Barnesville, burglary;Thomas Wayne Faulkner, 45, Milner, simple battery;Jeremy Ramon Barrow, 20, Culloden, arrested for Monroe County;Walter Davis Horton, 43, Griffin, driving with a suspended license;Derious Atwan Wilson, 26, Barnesville, DUI, open container and weaving over roadway.Charlie Franklin Smith, 26, Barnesville, theft by taking and criminal trespass;Christopher Michael Gregory Salim, 20, Riverdale, marijuana possession;George Duvall Lloyd Jr., 18, College Park, marijuana possession;Kenneth Carnell Lewis II, 19, College Park, marijuana possession and speeding;Jerrell Deshawn Knight, 18, Lithonia, marijuana possession;James Grady McDaniel, 28, Barnesville, criminal trespass and sexual offender registration violation;Marcus Vernard Williams, 22, Barnesville, contempt of court;Joshua Kyle Campbell, 24, Barnesville, reckless conduct;Brandy Michele English, 31, Jackson, disorderly conduct, cruelty to children and battery;Betty Ann Wilson, 36, Barnesville, four counts deposit account fraud;Jeffery Max Beach, 18, Barnesville, disrupting public school and simple battery.Deputies answered 141 calls, responded to 16 traffic accidents, served 18 warrants and nine civil papers and issued 31 citations. Lamar County E-911 received 104 emergency calls, dispatching county deputies to 34, city police to 35, county fire and rescue to 23, city fire and rescue to three and EMS to 32.
