Between Wednesday, April 13 and Thursday, April 20 the following were processed through the Lamar County jail: Courtland Montrell Akins, 27, Barnesville, purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana; Jarvis Sentalius Akins, 37, Barnesville, purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana; Rasheem Sesmia Allen, 18, Griffin, driving without a valid license; Lacy Brooke Bellew, 30, Thomaston, in for court; Lori Nicole Benson, 34, Griffin, serving time; Dawn Eilene Brown, 47, Barnesville, sale of cocaine; Christy Renee Chambley, 48, Roberta, housed for another agency; Joshua Doveard Conkle, 35, Griffin, obstruction and probation violation; Lisa Marie Derosa, 34, Griffin, probation violation; Temarcus Omar Fields, 31, Hilton Head, S.C., possession of cocaine; Melissa Nicole Ford, 33, Daytona Beach, F.L., two counts possession of firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit felonies, false statements or writings, conceal facts or fraudulent documents of government, tampering with evidence, giving false name, address, or birthdate to officers, five counts possession and use of drug related objects, possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, two counts possession of firearm by convicted felon and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine; Robbie Glenn Garrett, 51, Barnesville, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane; James Randall Griffin, 27, Thomaston, driving while license suspended; Edmond Jermaine Harris, 33, Barnesville, sale of cocaine, violation of parole; Johntavius Harris, 19, Atlanta, purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana; Curtis Jackson, 50, Barnesville, sale of cocaine; Patrick Alford Lawerence, 35, Kennesaw, failure to maintai lane, DUI, driving while license suspended or revoked and warrants pending; Tristan Dominic Montfort, 20, Williamson, driving without a valid license; Paul Luther Nipper, 31, Barnesville, probation violation; Jaritt Ortiz, 27, Griffin, arrested for another agency; Sywaun Marquze Pikes, 20, Griffin, driving while license suspended or revoked; Nemesio Rios, 69, Thomaston, driving without a valid license and no brake lights or working turn signals; Andrickes Jamall Roussaw, 31, Milner, sale of cocaine; James Randal Rowell, 53, Griffin, open container and DUI; Dayvauntay Dayjoun Slaughter, 20, Barnesville, two counts entering an automobile; Shamkia Latasha Taylor, 37, Barnesville, theft by taking; Jose Crucillo Tenango, 41, Brunswick, speeding and driving without a valid license; Brian Thomas Thompson, 25, Barnesville, state sentenced; Jon Thomas Wells, 28, Jackson, possession of meth, sale of meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug related objects and possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit felonies; Cain West, 37, Milner, driving while license suspended or revoked; Marcus Eugene White, 28, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Sherman Lewis Williams, 42, Barnesville, two counts purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana, possession of cocaine, and parole violation; Joseph Bryan Wilson, 36, Williamson, driving while license suspended or revoked; James Ronald Wygal, 27, Yatesville, failure to stop, two counts DUI, driving without a valid license; Hannah Dalton Yenni-White, 24, Thomaston, driving while license suspended or revoked. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 221 calls.      Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 12 911 calls.      Lamar County Fire Fighters responded to 14 911 calls. Barnesville Fire Fighters responded to 5 911 calls.    Community Ambulance Service responded to 109 calls.     There were 23 accidents.  Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies served 49 state warrants and issued 19 traffic citations.
