Between Friday, September 28 and Thursday, October 4 the following were processed through the Lamar County jail: Jasmine Maria Barnes, 27, Barnesville, failure to appear; Jose Aranda Carrera, 26, Norcross, public indecency; Carlos Lamar Carter, 46, Barnesville, serving time; Michelle Maya Cheatham, 44, Atlanta, headlight violation and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Chase Austin Ellington, 34, Barnesville, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful to come inside guard lines to deliver inmate a controlled substance and criminal trespass; Drake Roshon Flynt, 41, Barnesville, probation violation; Patricia Sharnel Grant, 21, Riverdale, driving while license suspended or revoked, open container, obstruction, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, reckless driving and speeding; Chanel Antoinette Hardnett, 23, Atlanta, reckless driving, obstruction, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and open container; Ester Guzman Maldanado, 24, Atlanta, driving without a valid license; Eduardo Martinez, 24, Norcross, criminal trespass; Melanie Joann Moyer, 44, Barnesville, possession of meth and possession and use of drug related objects; Amanda Leigh Nelson, 30, Jackson, serving time; Steven Larry Pond, 36, Barnesville, arrested for another agency; Waguener Saint-Juste, 19, Stockbridge, warrants pending; Danny N. Talmadge, 37, Barnesville, probation violation; David Alan Turner, 56, Jackson, driving while license suspended or revoked, DUI and failure to stop; Amy Miranda Williams, 30, Griffin, move over law and driving while license suspended or revoked; Thomas Edward Wood, 43, Milner, obstruction and driving while license suspended or revoked. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 146 calls. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 13 911 calls. Lamar County Fire Fighters responded to 14 911 calls. Barnesville Fire Fighters responded to three 911 calls. Community Ambulance Service responded to 143 calls. There were 12 accidents. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies served 16 state warrants. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies issued 20 traffic citations.
