Sheriff’s report

During the past week the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests: Don Williams Hardison, 67, Jackson, theft by deception; Clint Eugene Roland II, 40, Barnesville, arrested for another agency; Oscar Armando Arias, 24, The Rock, driving without a license and speeding; Jontavious Miguel McFadden, 17, Griffin, possession, manufacture, sale or purchase of marijuana, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and giving false name and information to police; Shelton Maurice Watkins, 32, Milner, DUI alcohol; Doneiria Lawanda Kindell, 24, Barnesville, cruelty to children, battery and other charges; Joel Andrew Fields, 42, Barnesville, aggravated assault and terroristic threats and acts; Ronald Eugene Baskin Jr., 25, Atlanta, probation violation; Reginald Glen Edwards, 40, Milner, disorderly conduct; Charles Goddard, 24, Barnesville, obstruction of an officer; Pamela Jean Johnson, 51, Barnesville, disorderly conduct; Garris Wall, 76, Barnesville, disorderly conduct; Alfonso Yordan, 30, Hialeah, Fla., warrants pending; Adrian Emilio Blanco, 17, Miami, Fla., warrants pending; Yoelkys Martinez, 29, Surfside (Miami) Beach, Fla., speeding, reckless driving and fleeing and attempting to elude police; Roxana Barios, Hialeah, Fla., warrants pending; Tammy Denise Shelton, 40, Milner, deposit account fraud; Jemal Demond Rucker, 20, Decatur, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; David Blake Crews, 41, Barnesville, child support and violation of probation; Isaac Artheola McClure, 24, no residence given, warrants pending; Markayla Renee Koss, 18, Pensacola, Fla., warrants pending; Terrance Simmons, 43, Quincy, Fla., warrants pending; Daniel Earl Williams, 19, Macon, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Issac Alexander Yates, 20, Covington, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Deputies answered 109 calls, responded to 12 traffic accidents, served 20 warrants and 15 civil papers and/or subpoenas and issued 38 citations. 911 received 84 emergency calls, dispatching deputies to 23, city police to 22, county fire and rescue to 32, city fire and rescue to one and EMS to 45.
