Between Friday, January 17 and Thursday, January 23 the following were processed through the Lamar County jail: Kortavious Javon Carter, 29, Barnesville, possession of hydrocodone; Darnell Demarzio Caslin, 34, Barnesville, possession of hydrocodone and suspended registration; Christopher Michael Chambley, 27, Milner, investigative hold; Charles Ryan Clark, 30, Thomaston, criminal trespass; Conald James Coots, 60, Zebulon, speeding and DUI; Donna Denise Crawford, 46, Barnesville, probation violation; Brondi Kenyae Fletcher, 20, Barnesville, speeding and driving while license suspended or revoked; Gale Foster, 66, Barnesville, failure to appear; Tyleek Deion Hardaway, 20, Thomaston, tag light violation, headlight violation, speeding, following too closely, two counts obstruction law enforcement officers, fleeing and attempting to elude, reckless driving, tag violation and acts relating to motor vehicle odometer readings; Prentice Maurice Head, 38, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and failure to maintain lane; Tiffany Ann Head, 26, The Rock, possession of meth; Anaya Imani Jackson, 19, Macon, two counts financial transaction card fraud; Wardell Jackson McClendon, 30, Columbus, probation violation; Johnny Ray Minyard, 39, Barnesville, driving while license suspended or revoked; Preston Moses Moore, 61, Barnesville, probation violation; Gerald Lee Newell, 34, homeless, failure to register as a sex offender; Bruce Kevin Phillips, 49, Thomaston, two counts DUI and failure to maintain lane; Toni Carol Presley, 50, Griffin, failure to appear; Jeremy Alexander Travis, 33, Jackson, parole violation; Julian Tyler Veloz, 22, Alma, obstructing law enforcement officers and theft by receiving stolen property. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 173 calls. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 16 911 calls. Lamar County Fire Fighters responded to 14 911 calls. Barnesville Fire Fighters responded to 3 911 calls. Community Ambulance Service responded to 152 calls. There were 14 accidents. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies served 17 state warrants. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies issued 43 traffic citations.
