Between Friday, March 27 and Thursday, April 2 the following were processed through the Lamar County jail:Charles Fredrick Crummie, 45, Barnesville, criminal damage to property;Thomas Edward Drake, 54, Jonesboro, possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug related objects;James Joshua Phillips, 37, Barnesville, DUI and failure to maintain lane;Kenneth Wesley Steele, 55, Griffin, DUI and open container;Kayla Elizabeth Turner, 30, Zebulon, aggravated assault.Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 98 calls. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to seven 911 calls. Lamar County Fire Fighters responded to 18 911 calls.Barnesville Fire Fighters responded to five 911 calls. Community Ambulance Service responded to 151 calls. There were five accidents. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies served 10 state warrants. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies issued two traffic citations.
