Between Friday, April 3 and Thursday, April 9 the following were processed through the Lamar County jail:Jamorris Antron Cole, 33, Milner, criminal trespass;Britney Nichole Harness, 32, Vilonia, AR, giving false information to officers;George Calvin Mays, 43, Yatesville, hit and run;Jamel Kareem Plaines, 44, Statesboro, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphetamine, two counts obstruction of officers, possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit felonies, interference with government property, window tint violation and following too closely;Chelse Christine Robinson, 31, Barnesville, DUI and failure to maintain lane;Jacob Preston Sanders, 26, Resaca, failure to appear. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 102 calls. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 11 911 calls.Lamar County Fire Fighters responded to 23 911 calls.Barnesville Fire Fighters responded to three 911 calls. Community Ambulance Service responded to 148 calls. There were 7 accidents. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies served one state warrant. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies issued one traffic citation.
