Between Friday, May 29 and Thursday, June 4 the following were processed through the Lamar County jail:Ny’err Travon Allen, 25, Jonesboro, probation violation;Jamie Nicole Baggett, 34, Barnesville, two counts obstructing law enforcement officers, possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug related objects;Shannon Ann Barfield, 36, Yatesville, driving while license suspended or revoked and alteration or improperly transferred tag;Brandon Derek Hand, 30, Milner, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Mindy Jai Howard, 30, The Rock, failure to appear;Little Starley Mayes, 51, Barnesville, failure to appear;Jacob Denver Moyer, 27, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, cruelty to children, fleeing/attempting to elude, passing in a no passing zone, reckless driving, obstructing law enforcement, seatbelt violation, driving on wrong side of road, reckless conduct, forgery and theft by deception;Jason Charles Munson, 23, Griffin, criminal trespass;Carlton Gus Piper, 22, Barnesville, fleeing and attempting to elude, failure to maintain lane, riding a motorcycle without footwear, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, wrong class of drivers license, expired registration and speeding in excess of maximum limits;James R. Scott, 89, Milner, evaluation;Jimmie Arnoz Taylor, 29, Barnesville, probation violation;Ashley Marie Tucker, 42, Griffin, identity fraud or theft by deception;Kevin Lee Vickers, 35, Griffin, forgery and theft by taking;Larry Burnard Walker, 64, Barnesville, six counts deposit account fraud.Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 137 calls and responded to 13 911 calls. Lamar County Fire responded to 15 911 calls. Barnesville Fire responded to three 911 calls. Community Ambulance responded to 158 calls. There were 10 accidents. Deputies served six warrants and issued five citations.
