Between Friday, November 26 and Thursday, December 3 the following were processed through the Lamar County jail:Darius Antwon Bentley, 19, Barnesville, simple battery and theft by shoplifting;Demarcus Antonio Daniels, 31, Macon, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession and use of drug related objects, obstruction of officers, two counts tampering with evidence, reckless conduct and possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit felonies;Basil Madison Harper, 32, Waycross, purchse, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana;Oscar Darrion Hugley, 26, Macon, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana, possession and use of drug related objects, driving while license suspended or revoked, tampering with evidence, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit felonies, following too closely and crossing median in divided highway;Charles Matthew Jacks, 56, Junction, housed for Crawford County;Melvin Douglas Kendall, 69, Albany, driving while license suspended or revoked;Ashley Nicole Langford, 24, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Audarion Jacquez Napier, 17, Barnesville, investigative hold;Kayla Elizabeth Turner, 30, Zebulon, simple battery and cruelty to children;Amy Miranda Williams, 32, Temple, serving time;Bryan Pierre Williams, 37, Barnesville, purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana, possession of schedule I controlled substance, manufacture or possessing controlled or counterfeit substance near park or housing project and possession and use of drug related objects. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 131 calls. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 12 911 calls. Lamar County Fire Fighters responded to 14 911 calls. Barnesville Fire Fighters responded to one 911 calls. Community Ambulance Service responded to 140 calls. There were 10 accidents. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies served 13 state warrants. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies issued 17 traffic citations.
