Sheriff’s Report

Between Saturday, June 5, and Friday, June 11, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests: Anthony Hugh Hadwin, 43, Yatesville, simple battery; Sergio Moncada Fuentes, 20, Thomaston, two counts driving without a license, speeding and weaving over roadway; Charlie William Juriel, 34, McDonough, first degree forgery; Dustin Franklin McGahee, 19, Barnesville, arrested for another agency; Winton Michael Allen James, 27, Orlando, Fla., arrested for another agency; David Wesley Moss, 46, Barnesville, battery; Devoria Raynard Wright, 33, College Park, no charges listed; Charles Anthony Love, 44, Atlanta, probation violation; James Jackson Whittle, 30, Griffin, DUI drugs and weaving over roadway; Taurean Kaream Collier, 27, Barnesville, child support; Jerrell Donae Pines, 27, Stockbridge, weaving over roadway and possession, manufacture, sale or purchase of marijuana; Satishkumar N. Patel, 25, Byron, false public alarm, terroristic threats and acts and other charges; Jesus Villegas, 38, Thomaston, no license and weaving over roadway; Roy Breon Rogers, 23, Stone Mountain, weaving over roadway, DUI alcohol and other charges; Brandy Dawn Bostwick, 28, Barnesville, criminal trespass and battery; William Spencer Smith, 49, Barnesville, two counts cruelty to children and family violence simple battery; Melissa Ann McDaniel, 30, no address given, contempt of court; Ozone Lemound Jones, 24, Thomaston, failure to appear; Amber Tennille Ruark, 32, Barnesville, no charges listed; Orlando Montez, 40, Riverdale, probation violation; Christopher Lamar Sullivan, 21, Griffin, serving time; Jamarcus Dwayne Smith, 24, Griffin, possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of cocaine. Lamar County sheriff deputies answered 108 calls and the 911 center answered 81. Deputies responded to 29 calls, the Barnesville police department responded to 22, Lamar County firefighters to 18 and Mid Georgia Ambulance Service to 34. There were seven accidents. Deputies issued 47 traffic citations and served 31 warrants and 11 subpoenas or civil papers.
