Between Saturday, Aug. 21, and Friday, Aug. 27, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests:Jeffery Matthew Bunn, 39, Barnesville, public drunkenness;Justin Corey Lovett, 25, aggravated child molestation and rape;Sammie Lee Furlow Jr., 22, Barnesville, serving time;Allen Dewayne Caslin, 28, Barnesville, probation violation;Andrew M. Roberson, 20, Barnesville, no charges listed;George Robert Fielder Jr., 47, Forsyth, no charges listed;British Jerome Wyke, 21, theft by receiving stolen property and failure to appear;Douglas Glen Gibby, 45, Pike County, probation violation;Michael Dennis Hampton Sr., 52, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and no license plate;Brett Parker Coppock, 40 Milner, obtaining or attempting to attain dangerous drugs by fraud, forgery, distribution of a controlled substance without an order form or a fictitious form;Jason Andrew Brown, 22, Griffin, arrested for another agency;Todd Evans Jefferson, 45, Alvington, arrested for another agencyTracy Lee Faron, 35, Barnes-ville, no charges listed;Joseph Christopher Muller, 18, Barnesville, theft by taking.Deputies answered 111 calls and the 911 center answered 96 calls. Deputies responded to 22 calls, Lamar County firefighters responded to 19 and Mid-Georgia Ambulance Service responded to 55. There were 11 accidents. Deputies issued 38 traffic citations and served 24 civil or subpoena papers.
