Between Saturday, Oct. 2 and Friday, Oct. 8, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests:Chanya Monique Isaac, 19, Fayetteville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Alante Fentre Stanley, 20, Riverdale, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Coffen Thony Regis, 20, Jonesboro, tail light violation and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Standavius Jarelle Hill, 22, Forsyth, arrested for another agency;Calvin Demon Thomas, 19, Forsyth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and other charges;James Alvin Martin, 51, Griffin, no charges listed;Carlos Antwan Parham, 24, Barnesville, arrested for another agency;Willie Lee Rutland, 48, Thomaston, arrested for another agency;Fernando Antjuan Beckham, 31, Jackson, probation violation;Cary Scott Wilson, 47, Culloden, stalking;Jeffery Lane Abercrombie, 30, Forsyth, no charges listed;Gregory Lee Cain, 61, Thomaston, harassing phone calls and stalking;Latroy Magwood, 34, Orlando, Fla., second degree forgery;Bruce Edward Gaines, 33, Atlanta, second degree forgery, giving false name or information to a police officer, driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding;Joseph Anthony Perkins, 35, Conyers, no charges listed;Tina English Lominack, 41, Barnesville, serving time;Christine Renee Vaughn, 34, Williamson, serving time;Joseph Benjamin Stanley, 22, Griffin, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of cocaine;Howard Lee Johnson, 27, Griffin, interference with custody;Larry James Brown, 50, Forsyth, serving time.Deputies answered 153 calls and the 911 center answered 99. Deputies responded to 29 calls, the Barnesville police department to 26 calls, the Lamar County fire department to 21, the Barnesville fire department to one and Mid Georgia ambulance service to 48. There were 11 accidents. Deputies issued 36 traffic citations and served 17 ‘ warrants and 15 subpoenas or civil papers.
