Between Saturday, Oct. 23 and Friday, Oct. 29, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests:Corey Bernard Mangham, 32, Barnesville, speeding and driving while license suspended orrevoked;James Edward Mitchell, 52, Barnesville, terroist threat over the computer and firearm possession by a convicted felon;Danny Terrill Hayes, 34, Hampton, speeding, DUI alcohol;Dominique Quarteze Sullivan, 17, Thomaston, tag light required, driving in violation of licensed restrictions, DUI alcohol underage and open container;Preston Lemuel Young, 20, Lithonia, serving jail time;Jonathan Dwayne Wilson, 23, Barnesville, no charges listed;Victor Eugene Reece, 25, Atlanta, violation of probation;Brandon Dmarik Morgan, 25, Macon, violation of probation;Bernard Kearse Jr., 27, Miami, Fla., theft by bringing stolen property into state, financial transaction card theft and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Christopher Jordan, 32, Maple, financial transaction card theft and theft by receiving stolen property;Heather Sterling Jordan, 35, Marietta, theft by receiving stolen property and financial card transaction theft;Zachary Lavon Beneby, 21, Miami, Fla., financial transaction card theft and theft by bringing stolen property into state;Eric Darnell Hall, 45, Barnesville, theft by taking, driving while license suspended or revoked, theft by taking motor vehicle;Alford Jermoe Ewing, 39, Barnesville, violation of probation.Deputies answered 104 calls and 911 answered 76. Deputies responded to 21 calls, the Barnesville police department to 21 calls, the Lamar County fire department to 18, the Barnesville fire department to one and Mid Georgia ambulance service responded to 38. There were 11 accidents. Deputies issued 13 traffic citations and served 27 warrants and 33 subpoenas or civil papers.
