Sheriff’s report

Between Friday, May 15, and Thursday, May 21, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made 20 arrests: William Danny Ellard, 31, Griffin, arrested for Spalding County; Hamilton H. Harrison IV, 43, Barnesville, DUI and open container; Mark Anthony Dunn, 22, Forsyth, driving with a suspended license; Kevin Roy Pippin, 36, Culloden, battery; Christopher Bernard Wilson, 33, Milner, criminal conspiracy and probation violation; Kenyon Mondrell Gresham, 27, Forsyth, criminal conspiracy; James David Calhoun, 37, Zebulon, driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana; Jeffery Charles Moss, 43, Greensboro, arrested for Butts County; William Harold Mitchell, 49, Forsyth, no license, obstruction, no tail lights and affixing license plate to misrepresent; Betty Alice Wallace, 34, Griffin, probation violation; Ronny Dale Haney, 40, Griffin, arrested for Peach County; Ipalibo Hakeem Wariboko Jr., 19, Fayetteville, probation violation; Terry Jerome Banks, 21, Barnesville, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop for stop sign; Angela Robin Woods, 47, Fayetteville, theft by receiving stolen property; Ronnie Woots Brown, 52, Dewy Rose, probation violation; Michael Dickerson, 43, Barnesville, three counts child support default; Muzammal Mateen Choudhry, 20, Macon, possession of marijuana and weaving over the roadway; Scotty Lamar Thomas, 49, Barnesville, parole violation; Christopher Wilbert Lawrence Jr., 29, Barnesville, probation violation and speeding. Deputies answered 76 calls, responded to 20 traffic accidents, served 18 warrants and 21 civil papers and/or subpoenas and issued 119 citations. Lamar County E-911 received 72 emergency calls, dispatching sheriff’s deputies to 14, Barnesville police to 25, Lamar County fire and rescue to 23, the Barnesville fire department to two and EMS to 48.
