Around 1:50 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, deputies responded to the Cottages at Juliette on Juliette Road after receiving a report that a person with a weapon was on the premises. Karl Crook stated that a man named Harry Fagan Fargason, 69 years of age, entered his RV and found his wife, Vivian Fargason, inside the RV. Crook stated that Mr. Fargason held him and Mrs. Fargason at gun point for five to 10 minutes. After a verbal disagreement with Mrs, Fargason, Mr. Fargason then fired one round into the corner of the bed, injuring no one, and left the campground. Fargason was arrested at his home a short time later without incident. He is being charged with burglary, false imprisonment and aggravated assault and is held in the Monroe County Jail. A bond hearing has not been set as of the time of this release. The investigation into this case continues.
