Slices eyes Wisebram’s downtown

The old Wisebram’s Department Store building on Main Street in downtown Barnesville is under renovation and will be the location of a new Slices Pizzeria. Debbie and Bill Adamson plan to open their new business around Buggy Days. Their menu will include pizza, calzones, salads, specialty beers and wine. Anne and Bill Claxton, owners of the building which most recently was home to Carter’s Outlet, are working with the Adamsons on the 3,600 square foot building’s renovation. One brick interior wall has been uncovered and refinished. The other interior wall will feature a mural of downtown done by Chris Moore of Moore Art Studios who did the mural at Ritz Park. The Adamsons have begun hiring personnel.
