One 4-5 pound Boston Butt (on sale March 1-8 at Giant Mart for 99-cents a lb.)One 15 oz. can pineapple2 large onionsOne tablespoon each paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, celery salt and basilOne teaspoon crushed black pepper1/4 cup apple cider vinegar2 cups favorite barbecue sauce if wantedSlice onions and layer on bottom of crock pot. Place washed Boston Butt on top. Pour pineapple over it. Sprinkle meat with spices. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours. Shred meat with two forks. Add favorite barbecue sauce if wanted.
