Smoke coming from Big Lazer burn

Jeff Kenerly of the Georgia Forestry Commission reports smoke in the area stems from a controlled burn at Big Lazer WMA in Talbot County.Kenerly said there were several local burns, including a large one in Upson County, earlier in the day but those are now done. “This smoke is coming from the DNR fire on the WMA,” Kenerly said.
