Southern Rivers Energy will hold its 76th annual members meeting on Saturday, Aug. 24, complete with a health fair, breakfast, door prizes and a $500 cash prize. Registration for the event, open to all members, begins at 8:30 a.m. with the business meeting at 10 a.m. behind the SRE office on Highway 341 South. The health fair will be held compliments of Upson Regional Medical Center. Members will elect four directors and there will be an update on the co-op.
