State supreme court upholds conviction, sentence of convicted killer Joshua Cox

The Georgia Supreme Court announced Monday it has upheld the murder conviction and life sentence in the case of Joshua James Cox. Cox is serving life with the possibility of parole for killing his drug dealer Donald Terrell Clark. Cox shot Clark in the driveway on Clark’s home on Chappell Mill Road while both were using synthetic LSD on July 14, 2015. Cox was convicted on Jan. 26, 2017.
