Steward James White Sr. 75 of 220, Perdue Road Barnesville, GA. transitioned on Saturday August 17, 2019 at the Wellstar Spalding Regional Hospital.Griffin, GA. Funeral services was held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Midway C.M.E. Church. Pastor David Blalock, officiated. Interment was in the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery. Trice Funeral Home Inc. of Barnesville was in charge of all Professional Services. James leaves a legacy that will live on in the hearts of his loving wife, Mrs. Jean H. White of Barnesville, two daughters Mrs. Katherine White (Walt Ogletree), Patricia (Joston) White Banks, a son Willie White Jr., and a God son Kenny (Tameka) Richardson all of Barnesville. Five grandchildren Monica, Joshua, Kawanna, Justin, and Jewell. One great-grandchild Kel’moni also survive. One sister Lucile (Franklin) Hardeman and a brother Mr. Robert Lee (Gloria) White. Sister-in-laws, Bobbie White, Mrs. Jessie M. (Willie) Underwood, and Patricia Harp. Brothers-in-laws, Mr. John (Gladys) Harp, Mr. Charles W.(Jacky) Harp, and Mr. Marvin Harp(Barbara). Great -Aunts, Mrs. Annie L. Furlow. Ms. Elizabeth O’Neil, and Louise White. Devoted friends Mr. Fletcher Harris and Carl (Minnie) Penn, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many dear friends will miss him dearly.
