With a new bookstore and a bloated student body, Gordon College began a new semester Monday. The new bookstore is part of the Student Success Center which opened to students earlier this month. The addition adds 17,000 square feet to the existing building built in 1978. The center offers a career counseling area, dedicated space for student advising and other counseling services, group study rooms, computer stations and two classrooms. It is at the center of campus and its main entrance features Grounds, a coffee shop featuring Seattle’s Best coffee and food items.
