The Barnesville-Lamar County Library is preparing to sign up children and teens for its annual summer reading program, this year called, ‘Dream Big: READ.’Readers of all ages will explore the night during the summer reading club.Activities will include Magnificent Monday programs which will be held at 2 p.m. with storytellers, magicians, jugglers, musicians, clowns, a ventriloquist and snakes. The 2012 Summer Reading Club is open to young people, preschool through young adult, with programs and prizes.’Families are encouraged to spend the summer at the library and experience the fun,’ said librarian Kelly Hughes. The summer reading club begins Tuesday, May 29, and will conclude Aug. 4. Children can register anytime.
