Jennrice McDowell, criminal attempt to commit a felony: failed to appear, bench warrant issued. Darren Bruce Brill, theft by taking: five years probation, intensive probation, banished from circuit, six months time served, $1550 restitution. Alfredo Concepcion, theft by taking: five years probation, intensive probation, banished from circuit, six months time served, $1550 restitution. Keith Young, theft by taking: failed to appear, bench warrant issued. Tristian R. Jones, theft by taking: failed to appear, bench warrant issued. Randy Geiger, theft by taking: 12 months probation, $250 fine plus surcharges. Tony R. McDowell, theft by taking: 30 days time served. Quinton Prather, theft by taking: 12 months probation, $250 plus surcharges. Troy Steven Landers, two counts VGCSA: three years probation, intensive probation $500 fine plus surcharges under first offender act. Rhonda Landers, VGCSA: three years probation, intensive probation $500 fine plus surcharges under first offender act. Taj Boyd, simple battery: 30 days time served. Kelsey Jerroid Greene, two counts terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, impersonating an officer, false report of a crime, obstruction and making false statements: 10 years probation, 200 hours community service, detention center, $250 fine and $250 restitution. Timothy Holmes, aggravated assault, aggravated battery and multiple other charges: ordered to pay $10,000 restitution directly to victim. Michael Kreals, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, failure to maintain lane and possession of controlled substance: bond set at $75,000 including $10,000 in cash.
