Eight-month-old William Kaidyn Stover has been safely reunited with his mother at Henry County police headquarters, authorities said, and Samantha Barrett, 22, is in police custody. Georgia State Troopers led a high-speed pursuit that eclipsed 100 mph after Barrett’s 2003 Ford Taurus was spotted southbound on I-75 in Henry County.
