The criminal element gets indicted

The following persons were indicted by the June term Lamar County grand jury and will be arraigned in Lamar superior court before Judge Bill Fears on August 16: ’¢ Timmy Jerome Alford, sale of controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. ’¢ Daren Barkley, two counts theft by taking. ’¢ Eric Alfonza Fletcher, two counts theft by taking. ’¢ Aubrey Duran McGinty, four counts theft by taking. ’¢ Jeffery Max Beach, sale of marijuana and illegal substances within 1000 feet of a housing project. ’¢ Ronald Erwin Clements, fraud in obtaining dangerous drugs. ’¢ Jamorris A. Cole, battery. ’¢ Jarrett Patillo Coleman, theft by taking. ’¢ Shaquille Anthony Loving, theft by taking. ’¢ Kevin O’Neal Davis, possession of marijuana. ’¢ Ivan Clarence Soloman, possession of marijuana. ’¢ Jeremy Marion Ennis, criminal interference with government property. ’¢ Rex Evans, theft by taking. ’¢ Efrem Jacari Mitchell, theft by taking. ’¢ Larry Fletcher, simple battery. ’¢ Sarah Garrison, two counts first degree forgery. ’¢ Michael Steven Goodson, second degree criminal damage to property, simple assault, obstruction of an officer and hindering a 911 call. ’¢ Bradley Dwayne Jones Jr., possession of marijuana. ’¢ Kenneth W. Jones, manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine. ’¢ Daniel Charles Krost, two counts possession of Schedule II controlled substance and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. ’¢ Jerome McFadden, entering an auto. ‘¢ Sonia McFadden, drugs not in original container. ’¢ Ron Victor Sargent, suspended license. ’¢ Eddie Bernard Smith, DUI and suspended license. ’¢ Reginald E. Smith, possession of cocaine. ’¢ Carlos Alberto Valdes, trafficking in marijuana. ’¢ Dulce Maria Valdes, trafficking in marijuana. ’¢ Christopher Lafayette Walker, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. ’¢ Tyronne Wedderburn, possession of marijuana and following too close. ’¢ Willie Lee Jones, theft by taking. ’¢ Vivian Wilkerson, theft by taking. ’¢ Leon Williams, theft by receiving stolen property. ’¢ Brian Wilson, theft by shoplifting. ’¢ Jimmy Carter Allen Jr., battery.
