The following cases will be heard in Lamar superior court Thursday, June 21 beginning at 9 a.m: ’¢ Rodriquez Foster, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and obstruction of an officer; and in a separate case as Rodriquez Cential Foster, aggravated assault, reckless conduct and discharge of a gun or pistol near a public highway or street; ’¢ Debra Jean Carter, deposit account fraud; ’¢ Clemon Eddie Pinyon, theft by taking; ’¢ David Bret Phillips, two counts burglary and theft by taking; ’¢ Anthony Scott, two counts aggravated assault; ’¢ Michael T. Goodrich, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission or attempt to commit a crime and DUI alcohol; ’¢ Robert F. Muldoon, possession of meth and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission or attempt to commit a crime; ’¢ Robert Wayne White, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, drugs not in original container and DUI drugs; ’¢ Rododney Edward Adams, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction of an officer; ’¢ Kenneth Antonio Stevens, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction of an officer; ’¢ Cleveland Harden, two counts child molestation and statutory rape; ’¢ Mackel Anthony Traylor, theft by taking, DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended or revoked and open container; ’¢ Octavio Almazan Lopes, trafficking in meth or amphetamine; ’¢ Robert Young Duke Jr., theft by taking; ’¢ Richard Craig Timmons, theft by taking and driving while license suspended or revoked; ’¢ Dawn Marie Laughman, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; ’¢ Calem Michael Sanders, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; ’¢ Jarred Clay Smith, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, obstruction of an officer and battery; ’¢ Matthew W.
