The criminal element in court July 5

The following cases will be heard in Lamar County superior court July 5 at 9 a.m. with Judge Bill Fears presiding: ’¢ Charles A. Harrell, false imprisonment and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; probation revocation. ’¢ Alton McKinley, statutory rape; probation revocation. ’¢ Yolanda McCoy, financial identity fraud; probation revocation. ’¢ Charles Mann, manufacturing marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; probation revocation. Bond hearings: ‘¢ Christian C. Mitchell, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. ’¢ Damien K. Carter, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, crossing guard lines with weapons/ drugs/intoxicants, dispensing controlled substances near park and possession of drug related objects. ’¢ Ray S. Byrd, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. ’¢ Joshua A. Bishop, simple battery, obstruction of an officer, possession of a controlled substance and theft by taking.
