Bond hearings: ‘¢ Christian C. Mitchell, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. ’¢ Damien K. Carter, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, crossing guard lines with weapons/ drugs/intoxicants, dispensing controlled substances near park and possession of drug related objects. ’¢ Ray S. Byrd, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. ’¢ Joshua A. Bishop, simple battery, obstruction of an officer, possession of a controlled substance and theft by taking.
