The following cases will be heard Thursday, Oct. 18, during non-jury hearings before Judge Thomas H. Wilson. Court will begin at 9 a.m. Probation revocation: ’¢ Kimberly A. Parham, theft by taking; ’¢ Zanarey McDowell, theft by receiving stolen property; ’¢ Willis McDowell, theft by taking; ’¢ Lonnie W. West Jr., interference with government property, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and simple battery; ’¢ William Nichols, possession of meth; ’¢ Devin Adams, theft by receiving; Status update ’¢ Tony J. Akins, two counts Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act; ’¢ Randy Sullivan, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; ’¢ Jefferey Beach, sale of marijuana and possession of an illegal substance within 1,000 feet of a housing project; Beach is also set for pre-trial motions the same day. Motions for new trial ’¢ Jennifer Clark, malice murder, felony murder, concealing the death of another, tampering with evidence and two counts first degree cruelty to children; ’¢ Ronald Smith, malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and tampering with evidence. Bond hearings ’¢ Sarah M. Garrison, fourth degree forgery; ’¢ Terry Murphy, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, obstruction of an officer and simple battery; ’¢ Brandy M. Macon, manufacture of meth, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a drug-related object; ’¢ Alexander J. Williams, two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; ’¢ Stephanie N. Bell, possession of marijuana, two counts possession of a controlled substance, crossing a guard line with weapons, drugs or intoxicants, drugs not in original container, possession of a drug-related object and two counts sale of a controlled substance; ’¢ Tommy K. Williams, third degree cruelty to children, battery, aggravated battery, obstructing or hindering an emergency call and aggravated stalking; ’¢ Dennis M. Martin Jr., failure to maintain lane and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute; ’¢ Timothy T. Hughley, two counts obstruction of an officer, false imprisonment, driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, DUI drugs less safe, DUI refusal, fleeing or eluding, failure to stop for a stop sign and failure to maintain lane; Bond Hearing ’¢ Warren Prince, aggravated stalking; Motions ’¢ Michael T. Goodrich, possession of meth, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and DUI alcohol; Pre-trial ’¢ Debra J. Carter, deposit account fraud; ’¢ Robert F.
