Jennifer Clark, the woman accused of bashing her husband’s head in with a baseball bat, heads up a long list of defendants due Lamar superior court Thursday. Court begins at 9 a.m. with Judge Bill Fears presiding. Clark is represented by public defender H. Burton Baker of Tifton. District attorney Richard Milam said he expects Clark to enter pleas of not guilty to two counts of malice murder, felony murder and multiple other charges. Multiple motions from the defense are also anticipated. The case was delayed by the fact that Clark’s codefendant, Kenneth Michael Yost, was represented by the local public defender’s office. That required Clark to be represented by someone from another office.
