Thursday is the last day to apply for help from Empty Stocking Fund

This is the last week to apply for assistance from the Empty Stocking Fund for Christmas gifts for needy children.

Applications will be accepted Thursday from 1-2 p.m. and 5:30-6:30 p.m., at the Barnesville fire station.

The annual motorcycle ride was a huge success, raising over $2,000 and collecting a large collection of toys for the fund.
