Prominent Lamar County farmer and longtime Lamar EMC general manager Tom Weldon has died. Funeral arrangements are pending. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 at Milner United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 9 from 6-8 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home.
