Thomaston Street will be the place to Trick or Treat on Monday, Oct. 31. In addition to the main event, two churches have planned Trunk or Treat programs, one on each end of the walk. Barnesville First Baptist Church will run from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and Barnesville Church of the Nazarene will go from 6-9 p.m. First United Methodist Church will have a cupcake walk on its Thomaston Street lawn from 5-6 p.m. Calvary Baptist Church will have a booth at the corner of Stafford Ave. and Thomaston St. with treats for kids.
