The Lamar County Trojans will host their annual Soap Game scrimmages tonight at Trojan Field. Fans will see the Wing T sets head coach Jason Strickland and his staff are incorporating into their offense this fall. The fisticuffs will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at Trojan Field with middle school Trojans scrimmaging followed by the junior varsity and varsity. Admission to the game will be $5 or a donation of laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover or blank DVDs. This basically takes care of the entire athletic department for the year as far as laundry and video needs are concerned.
