Trojan Field is the site of the 2011 Region 4AA boys’ track and field championships beginning Monday at 10 a.m. The day will start with the preliminaries and finals in the field events including shot put, long jump, pole vault, discus, high jump and triple jump. The track prelims will be held in the afternoon starting at 12:45 p.m with qualifying heats in the 4x100m relay, 400m individual, 100m individual, 100/110m hurdles, 800m individual, 200m individual, 300m hurdles and 4x400m relays. The 3200m individual championship will also be run on Monday. The finals for the running events will be Tuesday beginning at four o’clock.
