The Lamar County Trojans are heading down the home stretch fresh off three consecutive Region 5AA victories against Heard County, Callaway and Macon County. At home against Heard, the Trojans led by 20 points only to go cold in the fourth quarter and fall behind by as many as five points before rallying on a three point shot by Damian Battle with 2.3 seconds left. They escaped with a 64-63 victory.
