The Lamar County Trojans routed the Greene County Tigers 72-48 Friday to advance to the finals of the Region 4AA tournament. The championship game will be played Saturday night at 8:30 p.m. at Northeast Macon High School. Greg Freeman’s Trojans have already qualified for the state tournament but a win would help their seeding.
