Trojans win two; Ladies lose twice

The Lamar County Trojans won two games last week to gain momentum for this week – the last week of regular season play. Lamar (8-12, 5-5) defeated Putnam County Jan. 27 56-41 and stopped Bleckley County 72-38 Friday.The struggling Lady Trojans (3-17, 1-9) lost to Putnam 57-44 and to Bleckley 60-37. LC hosts Macon County tonight, travels to Crawford County Friday and closes out the season Saturday at Howard.
