The Lamar County sheriff’s office has issued a lookout for two missing juveniles who may be together in a stolen vehicle. The missing pair are 12-year-old Rhiannon Nicole Smith and Joseph Wassill, 16. The pair are thought to be together in a stolen Dodge Caravan bearing Georgia license plate BIJ1725, Smith is described as a white female with brown eyes, blonde hair, last seen in Lamar County wearing baby blue shirt and khaki pants. Wassill is a white male 5’10 185 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing blue jeans, red undershirt with a blue and white polo shirt. If you spot the pair, call 770.358.5159 or call 911.
