Sonny Perdue to study streamlining Georgia’s education system has recommended moving two-year colleges out of the control of the Board of Regents to the Department of Technical and Adult Education which runs the state’s tech schools.Gordon is one of several two-year schools now offering a limited number of four year degrees which may exempt it from the change if it is implemented.
